This allowed for 3 flexible sessions based around 30 minutes of total training time and one happy member on his return :)

Simply let me know via message on the True Coach app and I will sort my end. There is numerous reasons that members leave and from my perspective as a coach, well, I do believe that family comes first every time.

The bog standard industry reply would be every session last 60 minutes. Yet, we feel that handcuffs you mentally, especially if you get a fast ball at work or life simply gets in the way.

Every session is built around blocks of time, giving you more flexibility should you need to cut it short and exit quickly - yes, I am a busy Dad, 4 children and one dog that always seems to find fox poo to roll in (**not a time to rush back home....**😉). I know how plans can change quickly!

• Mobility and Prep ranges from 5-20 minute blocks
• Strength/Hypertrophy ranges from 20-40 minute blocks
• Conditioning/Accessory/Core ranges from 5-15 minute blocks
• Cool Down ranges from 5-10 minute blocks

Training should compliment and add to your life, therefore every member slowly adapts their training to suit their individual demands. I am here as a coach to guide you and make that happen.

If you need to be in and out under 60 minutes...it can be done.

Come closer....no, closer...I have a secret to tell you "only three people have completed every single session on 100 Days to Strong." I reached out to check if they were actually a real person, turns out they were recently 'single' and on a real mission for change....

If you miss a session, then the only real mistake that you can make is playing catch up. From a programming perspective, every plan is written on the basis that some of you may miss a few along the way, hence why a full body is ket to getting you results.

You fell off the wagon and decided to hide under the duvet thinking I would consider you weak and pathetic... a 25 year old Andy would have 😂

I am way more compassionate as a man - 20 years of coaching has given me the right tools to communicate and help you bear crawl out from under that duvet and simply get started again.

This is way beyond a few courses on a credit card due to a sudden life change - two decades and counting. Travelling the world, immersing with world class coaches. Suffering 2 weeks in the school of weightlifting in Russia with Klokov and Berestov (***wait until you get to Iron Disciple plan...***) then flying like a tracksuit through the air with gymnasts in Athens and swinging kettlebells with 'master of sport' coaches in Slovenia and beyond.

At this point you may feel overwhelmed and intimidated, especially when my work has also been with Special Forces, World Class Strongmen, Record Breaking Polar Explorers and Stuntmen...and yet the large majority of my work has been taking that level of knowledge and expertise - and being truly happy helping guys in their 30s and 40s that 'got the t-shirt' broke themselves doing it and now want the arms to fill the sleeves...don't worry, Friday has you covered.

Expensive is when you waste money and don't get the results you paid for...
