Commit and Conquer is for guys that want to step into 2019 physically and mentally prepared.

It’s not a 6 week shred diet and plan…because it’s coming up to Christmas and we want to use those calories for training.

Let everyone else worry about a calorie deficit….

Mobility and decent movement preparation will get you set up for strength training the right way.

Bodyweight and Barbell combined together with ‘cardio conditioning’. It’s time to build your body and set the right training platform, regardless if it’s a new year coming or not.

4 sessions per week and an optional ‘Agon’ which you will see and hear more about in the group.

Training will be around 60 minutes, however, I know this time of year can be fastball and manic.

So, I am putting together ‘fastball 30’ sessions that you can access and use when the time comes.

Regardless, I am here to guide you throughout the whole process.
